What is your return policy?


Each item is made especially for you when you place an order. If you are not content with the item, it doesn't fit, whatever the reason, please contact us within 20 days from the day your order was delivered to initiate the return.

Contact us through the contact page on our website or at shop@matchawear.com. Please tell us your order number, which items you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions to return the item to receive a full refund of your item.




I placed an order but I never received a confirmation number


All completed orders receive an automatic order confirmation email after it is placed. Please check your spam folder and any alternative email address (such as your Paypal email address) that might be associated with the order. If there is an error in the spelling of your email address while placing the order, you will also not receive your order confirmation email. If you are 100% sure your order was placed, please send us an email and we will look for your order on our end.




Can I track my order?


Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you can track your package. You can also sign in to your account with our store and click My Account to get the status of your order online.




When do I receive my order?


Items are made to order especially for you! We dispatch all orders within 24 hrs of receiving the order. Please allow 2-7 days for your items to be fulfilled by our manufacturer. Once your order is shipped, it will generally take 3-5 business days to be delivered. Please note this is just an estimate. Holidays, Weather conditions, and other circumstances can cause your order to be delayed.




What type of payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major credit cards or PayPal.




Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.




Can I change my order?


We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail within 12 hours of your order.




Can I add items to my order?


Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order with the additional items you desire.




How can I edit my shipping address after I placed my order?


If you believe there is an error in your address after your order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible at matchawear@gmail.com. Also note, errors in your address can potentially prolong the shipment of your order.
